Let September be a season of conscious narrowing, where clarity rises and distractions fall away. You don’t have to carry everything. Some things served you then, but not now. Let this month be a quiet return to what feels aligned, grounded, and true

Somatic Practice:
Mindful Release Sweep

Stand or sit comfortably. Begin by sweeping your hands outward from your shoulders, palms facing down, as if dusting off the noise. With each slow exhale, let your hands drift down and away. Imagine releasing mental clutter, tension, and tasks that aren’t truly yours. Repeat for 1–2 minutes, and allow the breath to anchor you back to self.
