Somatic Practice:
Gaze + Ground Reset
Choose a single still point; like a flame, a plant, or a mark on the wall. Gently rest your gaze there. Inhale for 4 counts, hold for 2, exhale for 6. Let your breath settle. Let your vision anchor. Repeat for 2–3 minutes. This is clarity without force. Direction without urgency.
