Each month, we release a single affirmation and somatic practice; an invitation to slow down and realign. Come back each month for a new reflection. The hue may shift, but the healing remains.

March| Forward Bloom

Affirmation:
“I allow what is ready to grow, to grow.”

Not everything needs to bloom at once. March reminds you that movement does not have to be loud to be real. Some shifts happen beneath the surface — subtle, steady, certain.

Somatic Practice:
Thaw + Reach Reset

Stand or sit comfortably.
Begin by gently rubbing your hands together to create warmth.
Place that warmth over your chest for one breath.

On your next inhale, slowly reach your arms forward as if welcoming something new.
On the exhale, soften your shoulders and return your hands to your heart.

Repeat for 1–2 minutes.

This is growth without rush.
Movement without pressure.
Becoming without force.
